EZION Holdings will hold 20 per cent of the enlarged share capital of mainboard-listed offshore and marine player AusGroup if a substantial debt-to-equity swap proposal goes according to plan.
The two Singapore-listed groups entered into a subscription agreement on Monday that will see Ezion pick up over 140.7 million shares in AusGroup.
