EZION Holdings on Tuesday said former member of Parliament and current board director Wang Kai Yuen has been appointed as chairman. He replaces Lee Kian Soo, founder of Ezra Holdings, who has become chairman again at Ezra after its current non-executive chairman Koh Poh Tiong stepped down.
Mr Koh, who was the former CEO of the food and beverage division of Fraser and Neave, joined the Ezra board in 2011 and became chairman in 2013, taking over from Mr Lee, then.
Ezion on Tuesday also appointed Yee Chia Hsing as an independent non-executive director. Mr Yee is head of Catalist listings at CIMB Bank, and is an elected member of Parliament.
