THE senior management team of Ezion Holdings has undergone a major revamp, which includes the appointment of a new chief financial officer (CFO) to replace Cheah Boon Pin, who has moved on to new responsibilities with the lift-boat focused group.
Paul Goon Fook Wye has joined Ezion as group chief financial financial officer (CFO) and joint company secretary for Charisma Energy Services. Before Ezion, he was the chief financial officer and joint company secretary of Charisma Energy Services.
