THE US Court has granted Ezra Holdings and its two subsidiaries extra time to file a plan of reorganisation under Chapter 11 of the US Bankruptcy Code.
Ezra Holdings said late on Friday that it and its wholly owned subsidiaries, Emas IT Solutions Pte Ltd and Ezra Marine Services Pte Ltd, have been granted an extension until Feb 19, 2018 to file the plan.
