Ezra to raise up to US$300m to refinance debt

EZRA Holdings plans to raise up to US$300 million through a combination of rights issue and convertible bonds to refinance its debt.
Proceeds from both exercises will be used to redeem the S$225 million Fixed Rate Notes and S$150 million perpetual securities.
