Ezra to voluntarily wind up 4 dormant subsidiaries
FOUR dormant subsidiaries of Ezra Holdings were placed under creditors' voluntary liquidation with effect from Dec 11, following resolutions at an EGM of the units and a confirmation by creditors at a meeting that day.
Saw Meng Tee has been appointed liquidator to wind up the subsidiaries' affairs.
The units are AMSA Offshore, Emas Ghana, Emas Offshore Angola and Fodemas.
