Falcon Energy now majority shareholder of CH Offshore

SGX-LISTED Falcon Energy is now a majority shareholder of CH Offshore.
The company announced on Singapore Exchange on Wednesday that its wholly owned subsidiary Energian now owns more than 50 per cent of CH shares.
