SINGAPORE-based dental services group Family Dental Centre (FDC) has marked its first international expansion with the acquisition of a controlling stake in a Bangkok-based chain of dental clinics.
The acquisition of MOS Dental, the second-largest dental group in Bangkok with a network of 20 clinics, will let FDC grow its dental chain to 38 clinics in the region.
