Far East Orchard unit to manage three new Sentosa hotels

FAR East Orchard announced on Tuesday that its indirect subsidiary, Far East Hospitality Management (S) Pte Ltd (FEHMS) has entered into a binding term sheet with Fontaine Investment Pte Ltd, which will see FEHMS responsible for the management of three hotels in Sentosa.

FEHMS is to be appointed the sole and exclusive operator of three new properties located at Artillery Avenue in the Palawan area of Sentosa. The properties are Village Hotel Sentosa and The Outpost Sentosa, with the third property to be branded at a later stage.

As the operator, FEHMS will be responsible for the overall management of these three hotels.

The hotels, with a total of 839 rooms, are targeted to open in mid-2019.
