FCL, TCC Assets plan 120b-baht Bangkok mixed-use project

FRASERS Centrepoint (FCL) on Monday said it is teaming up with TCC Assets to build a mixed-use development project in central Bangkok.

To be called One Bangkok, the project is the largest private sector property development initiative undertaken in Thailand, with an estimated investment value of over 120 billion baht (S$4.9 billion).
