FRASERS Commercial Trust (FCOT) expects minimal lease expiries for the rest of this financial year - with them confined to the Singapore properties - as it reported a 3 per cent lift in distribution per unit (DPU) for its fiscal third quarter.
DPU for the three months ended June 30, 2016, stood at 2.41 Singapore cents, compared with 2.35 Singapore cents a year ago.
