FCOT's Q2 distributable income up 17%

FRASERS Commercial Trust (FCOT) on Thursday said it expects vacancy rates for business parks to fall, given the "limited new speculative supply" this year.
This comes after it reported that distribution income for unitholders rose 17 per cent in its fiscal second quarter on higher net property income.
