First Reit's DPU for Q3 up 16.7% at 1.96¢

FIRST Real Estate Investment Trust's (First Reit) distribution per unit for the third quarter rose 16.7 per cent year-on-year to 1.96 cents from 1.68 cents a year ago.

This was on the back of a 30.4 per cent increase in distributable income to $13.8 million.
