FLCT's 5.5% rise in H2 DPU due to more than 'merger effect'
Results also indicate resilience of its industrial and commercial portfolio against Covid-19
Singapore
FRASERS Logistics & Commercial Trust's (FLCT) 5.5 per cent increase in its second-half distribution per unit (DPU) to 3.65 Singapore cents shows that its improved financial performance is not just a "merger effect" from its marriage with Frasers Commercial Trust, completed in April this year.
Rather, the numbers also indicate the resilience of FLCT's industrial and commercial portfolio in Australia and Europe against the Covid-19 backdrop.
