FLCT’s Robert Wallace to stay on until Aug 1

THE chief executive officer (CEO) of the manager of Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (FLCT) will be staying on for an additional two months as a successor is being recruited.
FLCT’s manager said in a bourse filing on Tuesday (May 9) that it has mutually agreed with Robert Wallace to extend the effective date of his cessation as CEO from June 1 to Aug 1.
The Reit manager had announced in Feb that he was stepping down as CEO for family reasons, with a succcessor to be announced in due course.
It said on Tueseday that it is in “an advanced stage of the process of recruiting Mr Wallace’s successor”.
FLCT units closed at S$1.31 on Tuesday, down 2.2 per cent.
