F&N appoints three new independent directors
FRASER AND NEAVE on Thursday said that it has appointed three independent directors to the board with immediate effect.
They include Hong Kong-based Charles Mak, 65, who is a senior adviser to Morgan Stanley Asia's investment banking division, and has been with the bank for some three decades.
F&N also appointed Chan Heng Wing, 71, who was managing director, international relations, at Temasek Holdings between July 2010 and October 2011.
The final appointment is of Sujittra Sombuntham, 61, who holds a medical degree and a diploma in dermatology. She is based in Thailand.
