FRASER and Neave (F&N) has debunked media reports which said it put in a US$4 billion bid to buy the State Capital Investment Corporation's (SCIC's) 45.1 per cent stake in Vietnam Dairy Product Joint Stock Company (Vinamilk).
"F&N has not submitted any offer to Vinamilk or the SCIC with regard to any possible offer to purchase SCIC's stake in Vinamilk," F&N said in a filing to the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
