FRASER and Neave on Friday said the proposed acquisition of Warburg Vending, Warburg Engineering and Warburg Vending Services by F&N Foods has been completed.
This makes the three acquired companies indirect wholly owned subsidiaries of Fraser and Neave, the group said in a notice to the local bourse.
