F&N prices S$160m 5-year bond at 3.09%

FOOD and beverage firm Fraser & Neave (F&N) has priced a S$160 million five-year bond due March 23, 2022 at 3.09 per cent, sole bookrunner DBS said.
Three quarters of the demand came from banks and funds, and a quarter from private bank and other accounts.
The pricing was at 91 basis points (0.91 per cent) over the Singapore five-year swap offer rate.
