While food-obsessed Singapore and supportive government are great ingredients, not all recipes will work

The recent burgeoning of foodtech solutions in Singapore now lets one do that - with unprecedented ease. Today, more than 15 startups - a mix of meal subscription, food delivery and restaurant booking services - are firing up the foodtech scene here, having each raised millions in venture capital.
