MAPLETREE Commercial Trust Management has appointed Sharon Lim Hwee Li as its chief operating officer, with effect from Jan 12.
Ms Lim was the executive director and chief executive officer of CapitaMalls Malaysia REIT Management Sdn Bhd (CMRM) from April 2010 to October 2014. CMRM is the manager of CapitaMalls Malaysia Trust, which listed in July 2010 on Bursa Malaysia. Prior to that, Ms Lim was CapitaMalls Asia's country head for Malaysia since 2008.
Ms Lim holds a Master of Business Administration from Murdoch University.
