Fortune Reit posts Q2 DPU of 11.75 HK cents

FORTUNE Reit posted a 12.7 per cent increase in income available for distribution to HK$221.5 million (S$39.07 million) from HK$196.6 million a year ago for its second quarter ended June.
This was supported by a 13.2 per cent increase in revenue to HK$463.8 million and 12.8 per cent increase in net property income to HK$329.3 million.
