Fragrance inks deal to buy mixed-use site in Tasmania

PROPERTY group Fragrance Group has inked a deal to buy a mixed-use site in Hobart, Tasmania in Australia, it said in a Singapore Exchange filing on Thursday evening. It did not disclose the price.
On the 4,868 sq m site sit the University of Tasmania's Conservatorium of Music building, a warehouse, heritage-listed conjoined cottages and a communications tower.
Fragrance said that the property was at 5-7 Sandy Bay Road; 9, 11 and 13 Wilmot Street and 4, 6 and 8 Heathfield Avenue.
