Frankfurt, London bourses to merge in July

DEUTSCHE Boerse and LSE, the operators of the Frankfurt and London stock exchanges, said on Wednesday that they intend to seal their planned merger to create a new global player in July.
In a brief joint statement, the companies outlined the timetable for the next stages in the tie-up.
