FRASERS Commercial Trust (FCOT) on Thursday reported a strong 22 per cent growth in distributable income from a year ago to S$16.7 million for its fiscal first quarter ended Dec 31, as it reaped significantly higher contribution from Alexandra Technopark, higher occupancy rates, and higher rentals.
The increase in distributable income translated to a 20 per cent year-on-year growth in distribution per unit (DPU) to 2.46 cents for the commercial real estate investment trust (Reit).
