Frasers Hospitality Trust DPS falls 9.3% in Q3

FRASERS Hospitality Trust (FHT) has posted a distribution per stapled security of 1.1226 Singapore cents in the third quarter, down 9.3 per cent from 1.2374 Singapore cents a year earlier, mainly due to weaker performance from its Australia and Malaysia properties.

For the three months ended June 30, distribution income fell 8.1 per cent to S$21.1 million, while net property income dropped 2.8 per cent to S$28.5 million.
