Melvin Ang talks about expansion plans for his Catalist-listed entertainment outfit.
AT two points and midway into his 20-year career when he worked for at least three different media houses in Singapore and Malaysia, Melvin Ang told himself: "That's it. It's time to get out ... try something else".
But the media business would have none of it, beckoning Mr Ang with yet another offer to stay.
It would turn out that fate, which led to an uninterrupted trek in Mr Ang's media journey, had led to the creation of MM2 Asia Ltd, a definitely one-to-watch Singapore's growing entertainment outfit with operations also in Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and China.
Some of its local blockbusters include Ah Boys to Men and Lion Men films.
