Fullerton Fund Management names ex-Amundi chief Jenny Sofian as CEO
TEMASEK Holdings subsidiary Fullerton Fund Management has appointed Jenny Sofian as its next CEO with effect from Nov 1, 2017, replacing Ho Tian Yee who is Fullerton's interim CEO.
Her focus will be developing and implementing the investment fund's overall business strategy and expanding Fullerton's third-party business to continue delivery of investment solutions.
Ms Sofian joins from Amundi Singapore, where she was previously CEO and head of South Asia for eight years. She has previously held investment and business leadership roles, including senior portfolio management and research responsibilities.
Mr Ho said her appointment was the "culmination of our search for someone who can lead Fullerton's growth ambitions and fulfil our long-term plans".
"Jenny is a proven leader with an established record of growing businesses and creating value for stakeholders," he added.
Fullerton's assets under management (AUM) stood at S$17.3 billion, as at Sept 30, 2017, according to the company.
