CORPORATE healthcare solutions firm Fullerton Health's Indonesian subsidiary has acquired PT JLT Gesa, Indonesia's managed healthcare and third-party administration providers, for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition by Fullerton Health's subsidiary Global Assistance & Healthcare (GAH) of the firm, which trades under the name Medilum, marks the group's push to further expand its presence in the country's growing healthcare space, said GAH in a statement.
