Further rally earns CEFC 'trade with caution' notice

PETROCHEMICAL and fuel oil trader CEFC International continued its gravity-defying surge on Tuesday to hit a high of 29.5 Singapore cents, up some 64 per cent, prompting its second query from the Singapore Exchange this month.
About 125.58 million shares changed hands on Tuesday, making it the sixth most actively traded stock by volume and also placing it among the top 20 gainers.
