SHARES of local lender OCBC edged up while that of its insurance arm Great Eastern clocked losses at the closing on Wednesday following reports that the insurer is selling its stake in its Malaysian unit.
OCBC's counter traded up one cent at S$11.01 on a volume of nearly two million units, while Great Eastern shares lost 19 cents to end the session at S$25.70 with 4,600 units changing hands.
