Geo Energy plans refinancing and early notes redemption

INDONESIAN coal producer Geo Energy Resources Ltd is planning refinancing and early redemption of notes issued under its medium-term note (MTN) programme.
It said in a regulatory filing that it has commenced a consent solicitation exercise for its S$100 million notes due in January 2018.
