THE third quarter has barely started but sovereign wealth fund GIC has lost no time in unveiling two mega deals in one day.
In the first deal, GIC and Brookfield Infrastructure will acquire US railroad owner Genesee & Wyoming Inc (G&W) in a deal valued at about US$8.4 billion (including debt).
