Global Yellow Pages ends agreement to buy Auckland shopping centre
GLOBAL Yellow Pages said on Wednesday it has terminated an agreement to buy the Hunters Plaza Shopping Centre in Auckland from Talavera Retail (Papatoetoe) for NZ$45.6 million (S$44.8 million).
"The purchaser carried out a due diligence investigation. Further to such investigation, the purchaser identified certain key issues, and subsequent negotiations between the purchaser and the vendor on the terms and conditions of the agreement were not successful."
