Global Yellow Pages sues Leisure Empire over monies allegedly owed
INFORMATION directory firm Global Yellow Pages has filed a writ of summons against travel firm Leisure Empire on the monies allegedly owed to it pursuant to a counter-guarantee.
Global Yellow Pages wants to claim damages in the sum of S$414,219.08 together with all interests and costs.
The suit comes after a defamation lawsuit a month ago against Leisure Empire director and sole shareholder Nelson Goh Kok Liang "in respect of defamatory remarks made by Mr Goh at a meeting with the employees of Singapore River Explorer Pte Ltd about the company (Global Yellow Pages)".
The two companies had been in a joint venture to operate river tour and taxi services along the Singapore River .
The counter last traded at S$0.135.
