THE focus for investors is back on corporate governance following recent scandals, as valuations of companies are now more closely tied to good governance than before.
John Woods, chief investment officer of Credit Suisse Asia-Pacific, said: "We see the likes of Volkswagen and Mitsubishi and we think that the greater focus on better allocation of company resources is so important."
