Great Eastern rebrands OAC as it focuses on general insurance

COMPOSITE insurer Great Eastern has moved to position its general insurance business as a core pillar of growth for the group as part of plans laid out last year.

Subject to approval, life insurance policies under Overseas Assurance Corporation Limited (OAC) would be transferred to The Great Eastern Life Assurance Company Limited (GEL) on July 1.
