Green Build taken off SGX watch list

GREEN Build Technology Ltd, formerly known as Youyue International Ltd, has been removed from the SGX watch list after returning to profitability and having a market capitalisation in excess of S$40 million over the last 120 trading days.

Previously, the company was engaged in the frozen food and packaging business. Since a restructuring involving changes in major shareholders, management and expansion into a new business comprising energy conservation services and sustainable development, the company has seen a change in its fortunes. Its share price has increased 10-fold during the past year.
