GuocoLand Malaysia unit sells stake in DC Tower for RM168.78m

HONG Leong Real Estate Holdings, a wholly owned subsidiary of GuocoLand Malaysia Bhd, has disposed off the entire equity interest in DC Tower Sdn Bhd for about RM168.78 million (S$57 million).

On Thursday, the group said in a notice to the local bourse that DC Tower Sdn Bhd is no longer a subsidiary of Hong Leong Real Estate Holdings.
