Guthrie to be delisted on Monday

GUTHRIE GTS, which has been taken private by Indonesian businessmen Anthoni Salim and Putra Masagung, will be delisted from the Singapore Exchange at 9am on Monday.
"The compulsory acquisition has been completed on Nov 22. Guthrie has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the offerer and will be delisted," said CIMB Bank in a release to SGX on behalf of offerer United SM Holdings.
