Hafary bets on S'pore housing as it opens $21.5m showroom
Tile firm's flagship outlet is targeted at retail customers
TILE supplier Hafary Holdings is placing a big bet on Singapore's housing outlook with the opening of its new $21.5 million showroom building.
"We always feel that the tiling industry is about lifestyle, it's about design, it's about total solutions for the consumers," said Hafary chief executive Eric Low.
Hafary spent $9.8 million to purchase the property at 105 Eunos Avenue 3, and a further $11.7 million to develop the six-storey industrial building.
