Halcyon Agri to buy natural rubber distributor NCE

HALCYON Agri Corporation Limited (Halcyon) has agreed to buy natural rubber dealer and distributor New Continent Enterprises (Private) Limited (NCE).
According to Halcyon, the consideration for the deal will be determined as 118 per cent multiplied by the NCE's net book value as at July 31, 2014.
NCE's net book value will be decided between Halcyon and the sellers - Oei Hong Bie and Hong Wan Company Limited - before the deal is completed and after financial due diligence is done.
