NATURAL rubber supplier Halcyon Agri Corporation is moving ahead with its sale of Siat SA, an associate company that focuses on the planting and production of natural rubber and oil palm in Cote d'Ivoire, Ghana, Nigeria and Gabon, and which was previously owned by GMG.
In an announcement on Monday morning, the group said that GMG, which it had previously acquired as part of a multi-deal transaction, has executed the share sale agreement with the buyer Fimave SA/NV on Sept 29. Fimave is the majority shareholder of Siat.
