PICKING up a 29 per cent stake in Datapulse Technology was a dream come true for Ng Siew Hong - a 51-year old accountant who grew up in a "poor family" and had long "dreamt of joining the corporate world".
But two months after Ms Ng ploughed gains from her past investments in stocks and en bloc sale of properties into the company, she has found herself battling a shareholder mutiny.
