Hatten Land proposes transfer to SGX main board

PROPERTY developer Hatten Land intends to transfer from the Catalist to the main board of the Singapore Exchange (SGX), the company said in an SGX filing on Wednesday.
The proposed transfer is subject to the approval of the firm's shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting as well as SGX. Hatten Land said that an application to SGX will be made in due course.
