HC Surgical Specialists Ltd (HCSS), a medical services group focusing on endoscopic procedures, has offered 30 million new shares at S$0.27 apiece in its initial public offering on the Catalist board of Singapore Exchange (SGX).
The market capitalisation is expected to be about S$39.5 million. The public float of about 20 per cent is fully subscribed, it said.
