Sensing growing demand from wealthy Asians for luxury leisure pursuits, gung-ho marina operator SUTL Enterprise is keen to grow its ONE15 brand on foreign shores

MAINBOARD-listed SUTL Enterprise aims to continue growing the overseas footprint of its marina-related business, banking on rising affluence in Asia.
In particular, it is eyeing potential markets such as Sri Lanka, the Maldives, Myanmar and Thailand, citing increasing demand from Asia's high- net-worth individuals (HNWIs) for luxury leisure pursuits.
"I think Asia has a lot to grow," said SUTL Enterprise chief executive officer Arthur Tay, adding that there are thousands of megayachts worldwide looking for new playgrounds. "I'm a bit surprised Asia hasn't developed marina assets like Europe, Australia and America."
