ONE of two Chinese hotels managed by Catalist-listed HealthBank and licensed to use its brand name has reopened, the hospitality and tourism service provider said in a bourse filing late on Monday.
The hotel, located in Anhui's Huangshan, was closed in accordance with government directives amid the Covid-19 outbreak. It has since fulfilled the authorities' reopening criteria and required standard operating procedures.
The other hotel in Yunnan's Lijiang remains closed.
HealthBank said the Huangshan hotel will step up cleaning and disinfecting routines and implement precautionary measures in accordance with government directives. It will also actively run marketing and promotional activities to attract customers to return.
The company said it is unable to ascertain the full financial impact of the Covid-19 crisis on its group performance for the current financial year as the global situation remains uncertain and fluid.
HealthBank shares were trading flat at 13.8 Singapore cents as at 9.47am on Tuesday.
