Healthway Medical gets extension for proposed notes issue

EMBATTLED private clinic operator Healthway Medical Corp has been granted an extension of 14 days to satisfy all first closing conditions for the proposed issuance of notes for an aggregate principal amount of S$70 million.

The extension will allow the company to continue its discussion with GW Active Limited on the proposed issuance of notes.
