Heeton-led consortium snaps up UK mixed-use site

A CONSORTIUM of four Singapore-listed companies led by Heeton Holdings has acquired a site in Leeds in the UK, which will be developed into a mixed-use project. The other three partners in the consortium are KSH Holdings, Lian Beng and Ryobi Kiso.
This marks the consortium's second venture in the UK, following its maiden acquisition in Hammersmith, London, in March.
